3.1 Site visitation tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 6.0 below).

Should you choose to submit an enquiry via our contact form, the name, phone number and the email address you enter, along with your enquiry details and the time and date that you submitted the comment will be sent to KFC. This information is only used to identify you for the purposes of handling your enquiry. KFC may share this information internally in order to appropriately answer your enquiry. It is not passed on to any of the third-party data processors detailed below. None of these details will be shown on the public-facing website.
If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before contacting us via the contact form.
We may collect personal information if you telephone KFC to make an appointment, or if you attend an appointment at KFC within the Kelso Health & Wellness clinic. Personal information used for this purpose may include name, address, phone number and email address.
KFC may store additional personal information including, but not limited to: name, address, telephone number, date of birth, information such as height, weight & body measurements, health history, personal history, treatment plans. If you would like to know more about how KFC stores personal information, please discuss this directly with us.
Personal information is not stored on this website. We store only limited personal information on the KFC internal computer systems. We will retain your personal information for a period of up to 10 years, unless you request otherwise.

We will report any unlawful data breach of KFC or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
